Is this cost to repair/reflashing the chimney reasonable

Recently got leak in the house. Called the roof guy and he said roof is fine, but the flashing of chimney is where the water gets into the house.  and he contact his mansory guy and here is the quote. Is this a reasonable cost?  Thank you very much.

 

Work Detail 

1. We will tuck point all masonry joints on chimney. 

2. We will install new pre-poured chimney cap w/ new flu 

3. We will remove current flashing & Install 1 new pre-finished custom bent metal Step Flashing at the chimney and extend ice/water shield up the base of the chimney on all sides of the chimney. The counter flashing will be installed by grinding a reglet into the masonry, then a new counter flashing installed into the cut joint and sealed with Solar Seal caulking.  We will install new ice/water barrier around the base of chimney & weave in new O.C. Oakridge matching shingles around the chimney repair getting as close as possible to the current color. 

Note: We will clean the job site and haul away all debris.
