旧房改造之后

话说当初看房子时，我们一迈进后院就喜欢上了它的景色（见图），再加上其所处的学区很好，尽管对房子（年代久远）本身有诸多的不满意，最后还是决定下单。于是半年多前搬入后，便开始了漫长的旧房改造工程：1）房子内外重新粉刷；2）重新做外墙；3）重做室内地面及楼梯；4）改装壁炉；5）重做所有卫生间玻璃隔断；6）重做fence; 7）前后院植物及灌溉系统；8）所有窗户以shutter代替窗帘；9）装了现代风格的前门；10）准备夏天过后重做泳池。
