说到整牙，犹豫要不要拔牙？

儿子下个月14，牙套刚戴了2个月。现在orthodontist 说他双唇闭上时，下巴肌肉紧，说明有overbite, 要求拔4颗牙。我自己就有overbite,8年前orthodontist 就建议我拔4颗牙，把牙床拉进去，当时我都35了，害怕老了以后牙齿松，就放弃了。 反正orthodontist 说in order for the perfect result, 要拔。如果不拔牙只做braces对overbite有帮助吗？其实我觉的不perfect没关系，别太突就行了。
