I think I will try with pliers first, as you suggested

I guess I need a wrench set.  This is what you meant by "小一点的".  They individually would be easier to handle if you find the right size for the job than my adjustable wrench. 

What about the drain pipe in picture 2?  Where should I dislocate things?
