And thanks to everyone who has given me and who are giving me suggestions.  StopBy, itstrue, wolfkiller 和味苦 have been really helpful.

My dishwasher is GE Nautilus.  The picture is bottom of the dishwasher after I take off the board.

Is that possible to pull the dishwasher out a little? 

 I know the dishwasher is connected to different tubes, so I don't intend to really pull it out.  I just want to pull it out a little so I can access the bottom floor.  I tried (not hard, afraid to damage anything), and I think it came out maybe half a centimeter.

I am able to pull out my stove at least 30 centimeters while it is still connected to everrything.  The gas tube is long enough.  So I am able to get in the space.  What about the dishwasher?  And if the answer is yes, how do I safely pull it out?

With the stove, it is easy.  I just grab on the two sides and pull it out little by little.
