昨天采了个二十磅重的大野菇（图)

我采野菇已二十多年，我的原则是：一是只采自己熟识的，二是只采没有毒菇Look-A-Like的野菇（多数是异形菇），其实来来去去只有四、五种。每年都汇报一下，这话题少了。

今年天气异常，前几天还80度，钻了两个多月的山林，平时常见的蚝菇和鸡乸菇一点踪影也没有，但蜜菇就采了不少，而NJ的菇友则频频汇报鸡乸菇的收获，已采了三四十来磅。上星期下了两天大雨，气温晚上降到60度左右，正是鸡乸菇生长最好的环境，果然在跑步时，在营里的Oak树下找到三棵五六磅的。昨天再到常去的树林赶流水尾，开始个小时是一无所获，回程是才被这个大鸡乸惊住了，那是我的纪录。

没比较很难想象有多大，就放我的军靴来对照一下，称一下，二十磅多点。

LP清理些晚上做菜，看得出整个菇是一个实体

低部看有点像椰菜花

趁新鲜就炒一碟蚝油鸡乸菇

口感爽脆，还带一点花香，口感度在梨笋和竹笋之间

一时采了太多，送也不知送谁，送了也不一定敢吃，自己吃也吃不来，就想其他办法，做泡菜

私房的配方：辣椒，姜，蒜，苹果，鱼露，虾酱等

先做一坛试试

除了蜜菇和鸡乸菇外，还有松茸，昨天还采了二磅多
