You don't generally have more than one chief in a company, however you do have 1 President, 1 Chief Executive Officer (CEO), 1 Chief Operating Officer (COO), 1 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 1 Chief Information Officer (CIO), 1 Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), etc.

You can have multiple Vice Presidents and multiple Executive Vice Presidents and multiple Senior Vice Presidents and one person can hold two titles, i.e. President & CEO, or CIO & CAO....or COO & Executive Vice President....and so on, but not more than 1 CEO.
