关键是中国的遗产税今后怎么变。

钱不多，七八万，gift税好对付。要中国没有遗产税，自然你在美国这边接受也没税收问题，就是走过场，办手续。这样还省了海外资产的税收问题。要是我，肯定走gift--遗产的套路。
