should son move out with the girl ?

Son just started the college life from this August. Last night he asked us if we allow him to move out the dorm, and share a two bedroom apartment with a girl who studied with my son together in one of the classes. She is the third year college student already, and complained her female roommate has a bird and alway makes sth dirty, blah, blah. Then son asked us if he should move out. He is ok with his current roommate (a boy), but complained the boy always keeps the fun on even in the evening. I know your guys are very nice and have some experince, could you please give me any advices ? thanks a lot in advance.
