【秋缅因州纪行： 姜葱龙虾】

2012年秋，和几家邻居一起秋游了Main。 下面是一些纪实图片。 谢谢观赏。

1。在缅因州的第一天，大家是在路边的小摊点了lobster  rolls for dinner。The first day in Maine, we had lobster  rolls for dinner. A lobster roll is made by a 6 inch hot dog bun filled with water boiled lobster trunk meat and flavored by mayonnaise sauce.  The taste was awful (to me) and it casts more than $13 for one roll.  The final bill was more $600 for 30 of us.  

 

 

 

2。在农庄的第二天下午，我们的采购外出购买了晚餐所需大各种生熟食品和蔬菜瓜果，又带回了12只龙虾。因为我自告奋勇为大家的晚餐加道菜--姜葱龙虾。对了，龙虾$3。99 一磅，这12只龙虾约$80。

 

 

 

 

3。先摆出了8只大白盘(因为有8家)。

 

 

 

4。接着，将龙虾斩为一寸大小的块，用黄酒，酱油，醋，糖，白胡椒粉，剁细的生姜，大蒜，葱调味； 然后加面粉和大白粉挂浆；再请朋友起热油锅炸，

 

 

 

 

 

 6。盆中的细节。。。

 

 

 

7。妻子帮着分龙虾。  (应该说说很公平的。。。。。)

 

 

 

8。分毕

 

 

9。 来一张特写。。

 

 

10。对了， 那天我又用老干妈辣酱烧了一盘”香辣青口”。看上去还不错吧？
