麻烦的房客

我们有一新房，经纪人找的房客，男的收入很好6000以上，房租1900。老婆21岁，有一个18月的女儿，我当时担心年龄小的妈妈，又要生二胎了，可能很难对付。事实证明我的担心。她一直找麻烦：说洗碗机不好用，洗不干净，找人来查，并没有问题。我好心说碗冲下放比较好，她的回答很冲：Thank-you but I know how to load a dish washer。 然后说冰箱里面少一个rack （我们用得好好的，没觉得少什莫），说dryer 一次不干 （有很多的程序，有长有短，自己试一下不就行了？），还有很多。。。
 


 

我可以问她愿意走吗？觉得宁可少一点钱，也不该找这麽麻烦的。亲们怎莫说?
