家坛的父老乡亲，快帮帮我，请教大家deck和patio最根本的区别在哪里？

我刚签约的房子，说是把patio给移走了，说是为了维修卧室的底下，会白蚁把patio给吃了吗？？

我看到他们报告上说四月份治过白蚁，原来不以为那么严重，签字了，才发现他们把Patio给移走了。

心好烦啊，大过节的。
