She didn't fast.  Dasting glucose <=126mg/dl is normal and <=110 mg/dl is preferred.  Glucose tolerance test measure glucose 2 hours after a glucose drink and normal is <=200 mg/dl.  Think 129 mg/dl 2 hours after 甜面包,etc. is probably OK.
