my sister-in-law is the same, they married for 30 years, no kids

she is always very tight and buys cheap cloth,and she would charge her own mother $20 for taking her out shopping. But her hu*****and buys expensive stuff( $1,000/suit) and he built their new home with the most expressive appliances and wood floor.
