可能技术上强的人都有这个问题，我老公那么一个随和的人

据说在工作上也会lose the cool, 我跟他说，心里不耐烦的时候立刻去洗手间坐5分钟整理下思路，或者把要说的话用Email写出来，写的过程就是calm down的过程。。。总之不能在人前lash it out。
