山寨尚未成功，嘴馋仍需努力

俺回到北京，头一件事，是买瓷瓶酸奶。一天2瓶，过瘾。

可美国这没有卖的，功夫不负嘴馋的人，俺发现有卖自动酸奶机的，带菌种，据说可以做出地道的北京酸奶。

那就试一把。1.5升全脂牛奶，煮兽后冷却至室温，倒入酸奶机的容器里，加入菌种，设置6个小时。6个小时后，看着是成功了，不知道味道如何。

挖几勺酸奶，加入蜂蜜，搅拌均匀

尝了一下，你别说，竟然山寨成功了，太好吃了，和北京酸奶相似度在95% 左右。就差了那么一点点。还说不上来差什么。我左思右想，突然，我相通了，原来我是差一个瓷罐。
