this is exactly what I plan to do. but my boss wants me to decide whether he should report to HR or not. I am not sure that reporting to HR will make any differences at all. she has been in that secretary position for many years and been behaving in the same way for that long. Everyone complains behind the table. No one actually confronts with her. That is why that I like to hear your opinions about it. Thank you very much for your suggestion.
