房大侠，请地下室的水泥地直接finish有什么不好吗？

看了网上concrete floor经过处理后的照片，觉得很漂亮。我们家地下室的水泥地质量很好，没有任何裂缝。应该可以finish。请问这样做有什么坏处吗？唯一能想到的就是冬天会比较凉。不过我们现在没有finish的情况下冬天在地下室也还好，小朋友坐在铺着地毯的部分玩儿也没有觉得凉。
