Need help from the experienced people, Thanks a lot

My hu*****and had an accident early last year. because the accident happened at the stop sign, the insurance company refused to pay the other party medical expense. So the other party sued us to the small court. We lost the case and the insurance paid the judgement amount. However, when our agent pulled our credit report out today to do the refinancing  and found that the court put this amount on the public records and the status still not being satified. My hu*****and scores dropped a lot because of this records. I called the insurance company for help, but the person, who took care this case before, is not in the office. If someone had the same situation before, please give me some advice.
