当volatility这么高的时候，是散户在drive market

2010年底美国mutual fund的total assets是$11.8兆。今天美国russell3000（相当于98%可以投资的stock market)的总market capital是$13.29兆。散户在股市里的钱占绝大多数。当大家开始不分青红皂白地sell off的时候，很多sell off不是资金经理决定的，是driven by redemption。

当然，这种时候，当correlation非常高的时候，是stock picking的最好时候。
