后续关于领导不好当， 我被自己的员工污蔑的贴子

我前几天发了个领导不好当， 我被自己的员工污蔑的贴子。 整个周末我都没休息好， 每天都在想怎么解决这些事。 星期五，星期六和星期天每天就睡了４ 到５个小时。 星期一我早早去了幼儿园， 查看了幼儿园的POLICY BOOK。 找到的相关的POLICY， 复印好。 我就把关于这个员工不好的行为都写了下来。 我有给我的CEO报告了这件事。 星期一的这天， 有个另外的年轻员工又向我示威， 挑战我的决定。 （她把小孩们留在房间，然后去别的房间做事情。 我提醒她让她注意，这是法律不允许的， 她对我翻了翻眼， 扭头就走了。 她进了另外一间房间给另外的员工抱怨我） 我真是气死了。 我昨天把这两个找事的 员工的不好的表现全写了出来。

今天， 我把这两个员工叫到我的办公室， 分别和她们谈了。 我告诉她们， 我对总是讲闲话和发牢骚的人是零忍耐。 如果想工作就好好工作， 不想现在就走人。我还把她们表现不好的记录给她们看了， 警告她们， 拿到三次这样的警告， 我就要辞退她们.  这两个员工都怕死了， 都表示要好好干。 有个员工回到房间又开始给别的人抱怨。 她说这是她发泄郁闷和难过的方式。 她一定要和别人讲一讲。 你们说老板可以允许员工发牢骚吗
