to answer your question, you will need the info below first:

1, the floor plan schech of your new home, what equiptment and material,plus landscaping, driving way, wall, etc,

2, then give 3-5 builders to bit.

3, plus 10% extra. You will alwyas need extra.

It will take a lot of you time, but, you will get a house you like.  If you design the floor plan by yourself, there will always be some small problems.  So you will need prefessional to help.

now it is the time for you to make decision.
