Could i ask a medical doctor here about my eyebrow injury?

Is there some nerve that is connected from behind my eyebrow to somewhere on/in the top of the head?

I had a right eyebrow injury 34 years ago.  It required 5 or 6 stitches.  Every time when I touch my scar, there is a section on the top right of my skull that becomes very itchy.

Before today I never talked about this problem with anyone.  My sister indirectly caused this injury, and my dad was really mad at her at the time.  However, this injury happened when my dad took my sister and me back to his hometown, so my mother had always been bitter about it.
