请问是不是硬点的床对腰背好。大家买床是选择extra firm, firm, or medium? 谢谢。

以前买软的，觉得太软，不舒服，最近买了extra firm的natural latex床（一个床垫就$2500），又觉硬了些。是不是硬点的床对腰背好，看日本人都睡榻榻米。
