俺今年第二栋头投资房--终于卖掉了.

俺今年第二栋投资房 很不顺利.

 

先是包工头拖工期,拖了很久. 四十天的工程,硬是被他拖了七十天.

 

然后,好不容易上市,签了合约,等了六十天,对方贷款被否决了.

 

这中间,冰箱和洗碗机被盗.

终于,重新上市.有拿到新合约.

房屋检查,从新修理.

万幸,今天按时过户了.

教训--

 

1. 宁可找一个价格稍高的包工头,也不能找拖工期的. 拖工期就意味着你要付出更多的利息,还耽误了其它的机会.

2. 对拿FHA贷款的买主,要小心再小心.光看批准信还不行,一定要看具体收入.
