what about 老太太's property?

When my grandpa died, all his kids signed paper to give up their rights and gave all property to my grandma. Then when my grandma died, she put what to do with 房子和财产 in her will.

My inlaw already said this kind thing happened a lot in China now. So their house is under her name only. Usually women will think about their kids first and men will think about themself first. :-)
