In real life, I know a case of "open marriage."

Both have multiple sexual partners (promiscuous), and they both willingly chose this kind of life style.     I suspect the wife has "bipolar disorder."   I don't know the hu*****and well.

So far, I still can't figure out how they make their marriage work.:)
