He needs to collect all the right tools before he started. He needs to determine which power nailer to buy, which saw, where to buy the wood, etc. The whole process is a very good learning opportunity for him. I told him that I don't mind you screw up, it is ok.

The upstair lady worries about whether I gave the resposibility to my son too early. I do agree with her that as a boy, they may need to bear more life presure than girls. But how can we expect out kid to know how to take care of themselves when they turn 18? Are they suddenly, automatically mature once passing the magic 18 birth day?
I want to let my son practice while he is still have his parent supervision. It takes time to build self-confidence and courage.
