什么是美国的"房产证"? 谢谢!

Got lots of documents on the closing day (HUD, plat of survey, mortgage, bill of sale, closing statement, loan application, etc..). Can someone tell me which document is really prove that I am the owner of the house - like 中国的房产证? My guess is "Affidavit of Title Covenant and Warranty". Am I right or wrong? When do I get the 房产证? on the closing date or county will mail to me later?
