在德州，从builder那买新房，合同里需要加上这两条要求吗？谢谢。

房子价钱谈好了，合同也往来几个来回，告诉builder 我们明天就签字，可是有两个小问题不知是否该加上，谢谢。我们没有Agent。

Special Provisions:

1. The seller is responsible for paying utility bills, property taxes, insurance and other house related expenses through the closing date.

2. A walk-through inspection before the closing date to make sure everything is in order according to the guarantees made in the contract.
