We are living in Northen Virginia and recently used All Star Moving Company. Before moving, the company sent a guy to do the estimation and promised that the estimation costs are the maximum amount and the actual charge won't go beyond the estimation.
We only left the furnitures for them to move and used our own cars to move all small stuff, just wanting to make their job easy and save some money. But we ended up paying more than the estimated costs. Also during the moving, those guys talked a lot and worked very slow, and also went to store to buy drinks even we provided their drinks and lunch. They added all the time (even including lunch time) to bill us.
This is a bad company, Don't use them!!!
