向懂furnace的朋友求助！请大家给看看是什么问题？

我们家楼上的heating突然温度升不上去了。温度定在70度，但是最高只能上到63度。让maintenance公司的人来看了。说是需要additional ductwork 因为furnace散热不好，里面温度升得太高，furnace的safty功能启动，自动shut off了。

我不能理解的是我们家的房子大概10年旧，furnace也用了10年了。我们2年前买的房子，去年冬天毫无问题，今年也是到上星期才出的问题，怎么会是ductwork的问题呢？

再三问了是不是furnace里面什么地方出问题了，回答非常确定：不是。就是installation的问题，造成散热不良。解决方法就是增加ductwork。

请问这里懂furnace的朋友，有可能是别的原因造成的吗？我准备叫另外一家公司来给个second opinion。这里如果有明白的朋友，请帮忙看看。谢谢！！
