你的小儿有美国护照，那你们回国的时候，一定没去签证，

是用他的绿卡（也就是中国人的身份）回国的吧？那回美一定也是要按中国公民离境，这样出入境才是一致的。

我记得以前一般在面试后几天内可以去取签证，也有当天下午或第二天就拿到的，你去面试后，可以办加急，早晨去，下午拿。
