It might be tricky ... that's why you should avoid

using inspector recommended by agent.

Theoretically, you should not have trouble with C if you do not have the "exclusive right to represent" signed. And your inspector does not have the right to put the agent's name on the report. But, if the agent insists that s/he showed you these houses and the inspector is willing to be the witness, it might be tough for you.

I think you can just explain to your agent about the situation and she should understand.
