Please take a look at “property tax in Chicago” post below

Could someone really take a look at my “property tax in Chicago” post below and help me with my questions? It took me quite a few attempts to post it, since at first the system would not take the message, not mentioning the time it took me to draft the post. Maybe because of the size of the message, I had to separate the post into two parts before the system would post my message.
