请问房子被没收后还能租到房吗?

是不是APARTMENT也要查CREDIT? 没收房需要一定的时间,CREDIT是从STOP PAYMENT开始就坏了呢还是要等到没收完成? 在为不得已的最后一步做打算, 过一阵打算开始卖房,如果能卖掉最好了. 多谢!
