ask: home remodeling cost (material + labor)

interested in a shor-sale custom-built house: main level-1800 sf, upper level - 1300 sf, basement - 600 sf finished. No major issue, but need to:

change all finished area's carpet (3700 SF);
seal the mail level dry wall and subfloor;
re-paint interior of the whole house,

Ho much does it to cost to get all the above job done, labor (plans to hire contractors) plus materials?
