老公在ebay上4/20bid win的物品，到现在还没收到，钱当时就paypal汇过去了，怎么办？

He emailed the seller several times, but got only one response, saying that he would mail it to us soon. But still we haven't received it yet. The guy has perfect 5-star review. What should we do?
