I am doing a short sale for the owner right now

So the owner avoid foreclosure and can continue to live there.

The bank avoid big expenses associated with foreclosure.

My buyer can get a good deal, and then save the time to fix the house and find a renter.

I get commission for being both the seller's and the buyer's agent.
