don't use them if you can，

I had a bad experience with them last december. They sent me the quoted e-ticket, then I paid the check. But I never receive any email form them. Before the trip, I thought I just need to print out the e-ticket they sent to me before. But the link did not work anymore. So I called them, the lady is not nice, said why I did not tell them earlier, then they said they could nto find my resevation, but they did cash my check. Finally, talked to their manager, and found out my iternary. The whole process is chaos. Their explaination is that the person we made the researvation for me is working from china and has no experience about this.
