He seems had a virus.

I am not a doctor. From what happened to my son, I know it is common for kids have rash after virus infection.

Seems your son did not have long time high fever.

If you still worry, take him to a family doctor. Don't go to ER. ER doctors do not have specialty, and you normally will wait for a long time.
