I do not believe your anemia is caused by one time blood donation that occured long time ago. Fatigue is nonspecific and can be caused by so many things. You may require an evaluation by a doctor and may require some simple lab testings.

For a yong female, the most common cause for iron deficiency anemia is probably heavy menstrual bleeding.
