温哥华夏天不用空调 冬天不冷费不了多少取暖费 挺美

地税也低，可惜就是房价太高了。

我冬天烧得暖暖和和的，每月也就多200多支出，夏天更省了，电费50元，GAS费40元，水费拉级费全年400多，都没水表，随便用，因温哥华不是缺水城市，雨多。
