- Buy a real estate sale contract from Staples or OfficeDepot, or ask a titlement company to provide one. If you are not so familiar with the terms, you had better talk with an attorney to have him/her look it over.
- do a home inspection-- A MUST
- Get your loan from a loan officer
- Setup a settlement date
- Go to the settlement.
The attorney at the settlement company is supposed to provide you with a clean, marketable, and insurable title.
- Remember to buy the title insurance just in case.
