Agree -- "为何全楼那都没有装molding"

When I did house searching, I actually used whether the house has crown molding and wrapped windows as an indicator to tell whether it is a high quality house or not :-O (The house I am looking are much much much cheaper, remove N 0s at the end.) -- I am not saying Yun's house is not of high quality. I am just saying that I like molding.
