Why nobody post? I will say: your should try to forget about the money your hu*****and given to the grandma. That's her money. Her son (your hu*****and's father) has the right to heir. I do not think they have obligation to let you know or ask your opinion. $10,000 is not that big amount. It will not make you much richer. But surely makes them happy. Why bother?
