能向加州寄花吗？

公司的people 说，有的花不能进加州，会被禁止邮寄， 是真的吗？想从别州寄花去加州，谢谢
buy from internet and the sellers are in the US. the flowers such as tree peony, lilies,asian pear tree, chinese date tree etc
