Lower back pain?

Watch for herniated discs. I suffered a few years ago when I hold a coller of 30 LBs.

See you family doctors, and a NMR might be needed to identify herniated disc.

However, if it is a herniated disc, unless it is very bad( seems unlikely since it has been 2 month already), there is no need of any surgery. Physical therapy is the best way to cure. I went through the whole process.
