However it is in construction since this fall. It has only 1-2 lane at Eden's conjuction - expecting delay for the next 1-2 yrs.

Northern Chicago overall very good - Glenview, Evenston, Northbrook Deerfield howevever very expensive, especially near Northwestern University and the botanic garden. Most houses are 50-100 yrs old.
