help!!! 空调!!!

大雨天,中央空调放在室外的东东不转了, 发现跳闸, 但推上又跳闸了, then see a small sparkle and some smoke (not very heavy) come out from 室外的东东.
Is that kind of a problem that I can fix by myself? please help!!!!!!!!
